The staff were very accommodating and attentive, always
Ready to assist with our needs. The hotel is well-located near the Strasbourg Saint-Denis metro station. The room was comfortable and quiet, great for resting after our busy days. A slight downside was the limited dining options within the hotel itself. The breakfast could have been better.

Central heating, a safe box, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the nice bed. The perfect location for the price, close enough to great restaurants and tourist attractions and moulin rouge, Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum and the 4, 8, and 9 metro. Also, close to the train station.

Family with children well received
The staff were helpful, carrying our bags up the first flight of stairs when we arrived. They even helped us figure out a very affordable parking garage just across the street, pretty much a lifesaver, especially with a family and all the luggage.
It wasn't exactly economical,, but considering everything we got, it felt acceptable enough.

Extremely clean, and spacious for a single room in Paris. I stayed at a 4 star hotel the night before which was around the same size. Very close to the metro, and the lines are easy to commute to the main sights and shopping areas.
It was a bit of a "rough" neighborhood around the hotel. As a young woman traveling alone, it was a little intimidating, but if you use the hotel as just a base, then it's totally fine!

Very clean modern room and bathroom. No carpets:-) otherwise a bit basic. For breakfast (continental) a bit more to chose from than usual; cereal, yoghourt
The neighborhood is like a tipical neighborhood close to big railway station. No problem during the day, but didn't like it much at night.

I appreciated the superb staff here. They were genuinely cute and were pretty good too. Arriving, I found my room well-equipped-great view, comfy bed, mini-fridge, and air conditioning. It felt cozy and well-organized despite being small. The location holds an advantage. It's a short walk to two metro stations and numerous cafes. I also enjoyed opening the window to let in fresh air. Unfortunately, the stairs were quite a challenge. Dragging my suitcase up two flights was not easy, especially on my arrival. Noise was another issue. The street outside was busy, and soundproofing could improve. I heard people in adjacent rooms at night, which impacted my sleep. My stay was enjoyable, but addressing noise and access with mobility issues would enhance the experience.

I really loved my stay here, especially the clean and cozy room that had everything I needed. I enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful courtyard and the comfortable lounge area after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the stairs, which could be a bit tiring, but it's worth it for the overall experience! 😊

Location is OK, close to the Marais area and Paris Nord. Mind you that the area is frequented by prostitutes so won't be ideal for a family visit with Kids. Rroms were clean and comfortable, not spacy though.
It is typical french 2 star hotel so you would expect that breakfast is included in the price especially for its quality. Eight Euros was too much for the poor variety that you get, even though it was a buffet...

Elevator doesn't work. 50% of lights in the room do not work. Parking slots proposed to guests and way to the slot is extremely narrow and located at -6 level. So, I have burned out my clutch on the way out.
